ECAANI takes Proactive and Preventative Steps to help ensure that every Helpless, Innocent Infant Child is born into a home where they are wanted, in a stable environment with intentional parenting, to help reduce the risks of any vulnerable child becoming the victim of physical, sexual, verbal or emotional abuse. ECAANI partners with all resources and programs available to provide no-cost Sterilization to any adult with a violent criminal past, drug addiction, homeless, or who have simply made the responsible and selfless decision that they simply do not want kids. Just because everyone CAN have kids, does not mean that everyone Should.
ECAANI is an incentive program that pays anyone who can acknowledge that they are not in the right circumstances to care for a child in this world, $300 after proof of sterilization. With 130 million births annually worldwide, reducing the number of children born into Homelessness, Violence and Unstable situations has a ripple effect of POSITIVE IMPACT throughout our Society and Environmentally, throughout our Communities and Worldwide.
